This workshop is designed to give teachers specific strategies on how to develop confidence and self-motivation in children which are the building blocks for learning, thereby making teaching easier and stress-free.

The workshop consists of four sessions, four hours each, where teachers are given the opportunity to share their experiences and challenges and how to apply the techniques learnt to their specific experiences. Sessions are held once a week for four weeks so that they are able to apply the techniques learned and discuss them in the next session before moving on to the next techniques.
On the workshop you will learn:
  •  How the understanding of what drives children’s and your own behaviour will result in a calm, stress-free classroom environment
  •  How the understanding of the connection between behaviour and needs and how to satisfy them, creates an environment where children feel safety and connection which is essential for concentration and learning
  •  How to use achievable goal setting as a way to create a frame of reference for children to make good choices which will result in self-motivated, confident children
  •  How to create effective communication between teachers and children and how to handle conflict which will result in peaceful negotiation where each person feels heard and satisfied
